1970s Masi Special Crono

This is what it’s all about! Early 1970s Masi Special Crono. These were the top of the top. Some were show bikes, others went to well connected friends to Masi. There were a few version depending on detail but this one has all the workings Masi could throw at it.

Noteworthy are the chain stay and fork cutouts. The components received the same artistic milling and refinement. This is bikes as art. The fork crown, cable guides, and head-badge were custom items optioned by the original owner. The black geometric lines over the original yellow hue were added at a later date…probably the 1980s .

This bike is a fine example of what a custom bike can be. Truly elevated.
